Allow members to track goals and progress

An online tool allowing me to set attendance goals and maybe email or sms reminders to go?

Equinox has a great feature on their website that allows members to log in, check how many times they went to the gym by week and month, and even shows them what classes they signed up for. It's great for achieving fitness goals, and my health insurance pays for half of my membership if I can provide proof that I went to the gym X number of times during the year. This feature would be great!

I know of a lot of magazines like self allow you to track your progress and create food journal online along with give you nutrition ideas.

Agreed, maybe some sort of goal setting like the President's Physical Fitness program online, with metrics, a community board and awards?

FitnessJournal.org is another good one that I am a member of that does "private label" sites. So Crunch members could have their own site. Agree linking to already built ones makes more sense than coding from scratch.

Although great, this is actually really coding-intensive. Instead, how about links to great tools like bodybuilding.com for workouts and fitday.com for nutrition? They've already built the databases and provide these trackers for free.

Reminders to attend with RSVP to limited classes.
