To go along with this idea, I'd also like to be able to update billing information online, and purchase services at the gym (i.e., pay for my personal training sessions). Moving these services online increases security around credit card transactions and reduces the risk of identity fraud through credit card numbers and physical contracts and receipts circulating at the membership desk.
