allow members to suspend their membership if necessary planned
I travel a lot for work, and would like to be able to suspend the membership, or what would be really nice would be to have membership credits that are used up each time you go, instead of a flat monthly rate.
We plan on allowing members to freeze their membership online as a feature and function of our new website. This is one of many new features that will be incorporated into the site based on a member’s suggestion. Until this modification is live, members are able to freeze their accounts by submitting a request within the gym or by calling our member services department at 888.2.CRUNCH

FYI. Currently I think it costs $25 to suspend your membership, if it is not for a medical or military service reason. Also if you have a monthly subscription, it's based on the billing cycle, not on the dates you want to suspend the service.
