reduced rates for returning members - or at least no increas other
returning members should have some incentive for staying - prices should not go up each year if you are returning. i would rather have rates stay same or be discounted rather than get free stuff on holidays

I have been a long standing charter member since the early years in the mid 90's One of the incentives that has kept me coming back was the reduced rates for a two year membership and the extra incentive that I have kept my membership active. I am also a senior and in the beginning received reduced rates for that. I would like to see that continued.

I couldn't agree more. It seems that there are all kind of incentives to get someone to join initially but none to keep them coming back. Crunch hurts their best customers (and in turn themselves) in this regard.

Me as well. Once you join, your price should be "locked in", not go up every year. I know a lot of people were put off when Crunch took over Park Slope Fitness and jacked up the price about $20-30. They didn't offer any discount or incentive for people to stay.

I totally agree. My husband and I have been long standing members of Crunch...formally Park Slope Fitness and neither of us have ever received any discounts or incentives. I've wanted to go try other gyms but my husband's loyalty is at Crunch. But I'm still working on him. You guys should really show some member appreciation.

I agree. Show the members that you value them by giving them a discounted rate or one month free. Just showing appreciation not only increases retention but referrals too.

Yes, I absolutely agree. My membership is up in 2 months and I will be shopping around. Why do I get charged the processing fee when I m already in the system and their is nothing to process. I have already been to other gyms and this may be my last days at Crunch.

A number of other gyms do 'life' membership deals. You should do something like that. Or, even a discount for returning, loyal members, or something.
