Add videos of your classes to the site planned
I travel 20 weeks out of the year. Mostly to LA and Miami where Crunch is located but a few other cities Crunch isn't located. I think you should offer the option to watch or download videos of you yoga classes.

Include a feature so I can pay my bill online planned
Just incase I miss a payment and receive the email from the billing department. It's happened a few times... Online payment and statement reminders would help me stay on schedule.

Start a feature that tells me if the gym is busy planned
I can go to the gym at anytime because I don’t have job. I would like to know if the gym is super busy before showing up. Maybe you can add a rank or something. This would work wonders for your Union Square location.
This feature is a brilliant suggestion that can be executed quickly and is uncomplicated to manage. We haven’t decided if we should implement this idea on our existing website or included this element in the redevelopment scheduled for later in the year. We may be able to set up member notifications when a certain location is over or under a desired occupancy level. Another option is to creatively display the “traffic” rating on our clubs pages and on a mobile friendly site. Which you would prefer?

subscribe to news and events for a location via RSS feed planned
We agree that an RSS feed would help keep our members up to date on gym news such as events, schedule changes, new classes, etc. This feature will definitely be apart of the new site. Other ways we intend to achieve this goal is by introducing SMS text messages to members who consent to this form of communication and to continue with targeted emails.

include a feature so I can sign in for classes online planned
I work late, and many times I miss the classes I'd like to get to because the sign in sheet is available only to people who have the time to get to the gym an hour before the class. An online sign in sheet would allow hard working people to get to the gym and enjoy classes according to their own schedule.
Thank you for your suggestion. A feature that allows members to sign up for classes online would be helpful to many members.. We are taking this suggestion seriously and plan to explore ways that we can bring this to life on our web stie. Do you think it's fair to have an online sign up for all classes or just some? clicking on class/ instructor planned
When you are on the class finder page. If you can click when you're in the schedule on the instructor or the class name so you can find out when they teach or when the class is held again. When you're trying to pick at the top, you can't always choose the instructor because the list is too long to scroll down and pops back up to the top.

I've been taking classes with the same serveral instructors for years and would like to be able to search by instructor and not just the specific class and gym location.

Create an interest e-mail to notify students if a regular instructor is out and who is subbing for them
We are all big fans of targeted emails, and sms text messages regarding a number of different club related topics. We plan to offer RSS feeds too. What other topics would you like to receive updates on?

Every time I go to this page I have to enter my city. Please could the page use a cookie to remember it.

Improve navigation on your website planned
The Crunch website needs better navigation. For instance, I often look at schedules for different locations in NYC. After looking at one I have to go all the way in again to find NYC locations...! That's a lot of clicks.

allow members to suspend their membership if necessary planned
I travel a lot for work, and would like to be able to suspend the membership, or what would be really nice would be to have membership credits that are used up each time you go, instead of a flat monthly rate.
We plan on allowing members to freeze their membership online as a feature and function of our new website. This is one of many new features that will be incorporated into the site based on a member’s suggestion. Until this modification is live, members are able to freeze their accounts by submitting a request within the gym or by calling our member services department at 888.2.CRUNCH
