As mobile phones increasingly become web friendly (iPhone for example), it would be nice to have FREE wireless in the gym AND to be able to have one's own workout plan online (crunch site) enabling updates to one's workout plan quickly and freely.
Agreed. The flow through of the current site is annoying and tedious. One click to which gym you want and be able to get the info for each specific item one click after that. Currently, lots of clicks to get to any specifics.

A number of other gyms do 'life' membership deals. You should do something like that. Or, even a discount for returning, loyal members, or something.
