This would be a mistake and certainly abused. After all, claiming a bike can be quite competitive! The issue is not so much a matter of timeliness as much as it is a matter of space. CRUNCH needs to expand the number or bikes, spaces, or whatever to accommodate all members who wish to take the class. But in the matter of fairness, it should always be first come first serve.
